For our honeymoon we went to Leavenworth for the weekend. It is a cute German town in the middle of beautiful mountains.
We walked around the town, and explored all that there was to do. We loved being able to sleep in!
We took a drive up one of the mountain passes to see what there was to do. On Sunday we decided to go for a hike.
It started out nice and dry, but the further we went the snow started to appear! Pretty soon we were falling through the snow up to our waist. After about 1/2 mile of that we decided to turn around. We laughed our heads off watching each other sink!
It was sad when it came to an end because Brad had to head back to Phoenix to finish up with work. There is nothing worse then getting married then having to say goodbye. I am so glad that we were able to get away for a few days to enjoy each other as husband and wife.
